- 24 Hour Notice in advance is required to qualify for a voucher
- No refunds will be issued
- Gift Vouchers will be generated on request
- We can freeze your lesson until a later date
- Contact us in advance if you can't make your timeslot
- No Show, No Go!
- We can't control the weather. So please book your surfing lessons in when you arrive so that it gives you enough time to reschedule in case the weather does not permit
